When I asked him about a refund he brushed it off by saying there was no expiration date on our tickets so we could use them if we returned to Vegas (with their business practices I doubt they are in business the next time we are in Vegas!!!) We caught a cab to the airport. When I told him he said there was no way the bus could get us to the airport in time to make the flight and that our pick-up time should have been scheduled earlier (they were the ones who scheduled the pick-up time, not us!!!) Their dispatcher told us to catch a cab. I explained our concerns about missing our flight. Their dispatcher said the bus was still 15-20 away from picking us up. Because we were beginning to be concerned abut missing our flight we called the office to inquire about the location of the bus scheduled to pick us up. 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time Show Time Tours had still not arrived to pick us up. There was another couple waiting for pick-up also. We arrived at the pick-up location 10 minutes early. They gave us a time for pick-up in front of our hotel. As instructed, we called Show Time Tours the day before we were scheduled to leave. When we were dropped off at our hotel we were told to call their office at least 24 hours in advance of our departure flight to schedule a pick-up time for our return to the airport. Notwithstanding how inconvenient all of this was (especially to weary travelers), it is not what prompted us to write this review.

Once we departed the airport we were unfortunately the last stop the driver made causing us to be on the bus for what seemed liked forever while others were being dropped off at their hotels. And when it did show up and we boarded we had to wait another 10 minutes before the bus left the airport. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for another bus to arrive. When we landed and went to Show Time's designated area for pick-up we were not permitted to get on the bus that was loading because the driver said he was not going to our hotel (The Mirage). We booked Show Time Tours through a package with Orbitz for our round trip transportation between the airport and hotel.
